I found the location really good, with convenient access to multiple tube stations, Kensington Gardens, and Notting Hill. The staff members were kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the outdoor space at the back. It was nice and quiet. Daily room cleaning and towel changes added to the comfort. I also liked that the rooms included tea and coffee facilities.
The room I had was a little on the small side, but I think that's typical.

The room was equipped with a coffee and tea corner, which I really appreciated. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were always available. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.

The hotel provides luggage storage after checkout, very helpful. The beautiful wood panelling in the rooms added character. I really appreciate the older interiors. The room had a view of the lovely garden behind the hotel.

i noticed the staff stored my luggage both before check-in AND after check-out. the hotel offers competitive room pricing which i thought was fair. a view over gardens was visible from my room which was nice.

I loved the super friendly and supportive staff! the location is amazing. I could reach all main attractions easily. plus, the tube station is just around the corner, so getting around was easy! the room was freshened up every day when i was out, really appreciated.
honestly, the only tiny thing was that my room was a tad small, but i was mostly out exploring, so it didn't bother me too much.

The location is AMAZING. I could easily walk to Kensington Gardens. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist and very friendly. I also found complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and bottled water in my room. THAT was a nice touch!
